The Breeders Challenge is a Barrel Racing Incentive Program for eligible offspring sired by enrolled stallions. The program officially launched in October of 2020 and continues to celebrate the best equine athletes and competitors from across the United States. Each year, the program offers Regional Challenger Races and Qualifiers that lead to Fort Worth, Texas for the $1,000,000+ Finale.

ENROLLED STALLIONS

A total of 100 regular enrollment stallion slots are filled each year. Those not able to secure a spot may elect to enroll as a Fast Pass stallion or be added to the waitlist.

FOAL NOMINATIONS

A singe, lifetime nomination fee of $250 is due by December 1 of a foal’s weanling year. Nomination rates increase with age beginning January 1 as a yearling.

QUALIFIER RACES

Six qualifying races are held each year in conjunction with selected producers. Teams advancing from the Qualifier Races are eligible to run at the annual Championship Finale.
